Do I need both email and SMS?
We recommend both — SMS abandonment reminders significantly outperform email for recovery rate alone. But if you only want email, we can scope it that way.
Will my review request automation comply with platform policies?
Yes. We comply with Amazon (if applicable), Google, and Shopify review policies. We request reviews without incentivizing positive reviews specifically.
